Christmas Light Tunnel is part of Hometown Holidays in Carthage Square | KSNF / KODE
The light tunnel is illuminated in the evening until midnight daily on the south side of the square. It’s free to come and take pictures!
CARTHAGE, M. – This is the second year that Vision Carthage has hosted a Christmas light tunnel for the pictures. And this year is the first year they have offered an ice rink.
Abi Almandinger, Executive Director. of Vision Carthage says they have titled this season, “City vacations on the Place de CarthageThe days leading up to Christmas are designed to offer activities for families including an ice rink, oversized inflatable attractions for children, the chance to take fun family photos in the Christmas light tunnel, visits from Santa Claus on Saturday and much more.
The Christmas light tunnel is free and it is lit every night until midnight. Other activities are chargeable, although these will be reduced for residents of the Carthage region.
Friday November 26 is the season kickoff, but the tunnel of light is open now. Watch the video below on the ice rink that started operating this week.
