Looking for something fun to do with friends during the semester? Consider stopping by Pegula Ice Arena to take advantage of its public skating hours this spring.
Pegula offers weekly skating sessions for anyone looking for something to do. While the schedule varies from week to week, it usually offers free skating sessions at least twice a week.
The current ice schedule offers public skating on the following days:
- Wednesday, January 19 — 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. — admission $6
- Friday, January 21 — 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. — admission $5
- Wednesday, January 26 — noon to 1:30 p.m. — admission $6
- Wednesday, February 2 — 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. — admission $6
- Saturday, February 5 — 1 to 3 p.m. — $7 with valid Penn State ID
Although the ice schedule is published monthly, updates on public skating sessions can also be found on Pegula’s Twitter. Any schedule changes or cancellations will also be posted there.
Don’t have ice skates to bring? Pegula is offering skate rentals for $4 to anyone participating in public skating.
