As the summer fringe comes to an end, Christmas will slowly be at the forefront of everyone’s mind.
Edinburgh has become a staple across Europe for the festive season for many, with people traveling all over the world to visit Edinburgh’s famous Christmas market.
Angels Event Experience has been appointed as the new event organizer and will deliver to the market for the next three years.

So when does the Edinburgh Christmas Market return to the city? Here’s everything we know about the upcoming event so far.
When is Edinburgh Christmas Market?
The Edinburgh Winter Festival will return to the city on November 19, 2022 and will remain until January 3, 2023.
Do you need tickets?
Edinburgh Market is ticketless, however, there may be a queue that you will have to wait in before entering.
Additionally, tickets will be needed for experiences like the ice rink and the Ferris wheel which offers stunning views of the party town.
Will there be parking?
There is no parking available for Edinburgh Market, however, it is just a two-minute walk from Edinburgh Central Station, Edinburgh Waverley.
Trains arrive and depart regularly from this station from all over Scotland and the UK.
